What’s Happening In November?

Now that we’re in November, the holiday season is right around the corner. Which means there will be plenty of fun and exciting community events taking place in Albuquerque, NM, this month. Today’s blog is all about community events, so find out what’s going on in your city!

Community Events

  1. Visions of the Hispanic World: The Albuquerque Museum will be hosting Visions of the Hispanic World – Treasures from the Hispanic Society Museum and Library from November 10th through March 31st. The exhibit will be at 2000 Mountain Road NW. Cost is regular admission, plus a $5 surcharge for ages 12 and older. There will be over 200 works spanning 3,000 years of history, a incredible exhibit!
  2. River of Lights: You can enjoy the River of Lights from November 24th through December 30th at the Botanic Garden in ABQ BioPark (2601 Central Avenue NW). Admission is $12 for adults and $6 for kids. There will be over 150 displays, as well as animated sculptures and more! A great holiday sight!
  3. New Mexico Artisan Festival: The New Mexico Artisan Festival takes place from November 23rd through November 25th at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town – A Heritage Hotel and Resort (800 Rio Grande Blvd. NW). The festival is open daily from noon until 5pm admission ranges from $12 to $20. Support local artists by purchasing their custom-made crafts and creations!
