We’re Talking About Community Events

The end of the summer doesn’t mean things will slow down in Albuquerque, NM. Throughout this month, there are fun festivals and activities for you and your family to enjoy. In today’s blog, we’re looking at four upcoming events, and inviting patients to receive a checkup and cleaning to attend these events with healthier smiles!

Upcoming Community Events

1. Mountain West Brew Fest: The Mountain Brew Fest will take place at Loretto Park on 243 Camino Del Pueblo on August 24^th. The event is from 11am until 8pm and tickets will be $5 to $20. A number of craft breweries in New Mexico will be in attendance. Enjoy free samples, a complimentary pint glass, live music, and more!
2. Harvest Wine Festival: Blue River Productions prevents The Harvest Wine Festival from August 31st through September 2^nd at Balloon Fiesta Park on 5000 Balloon Fiesta Parkway. The festival lasts from noon until 6pm each day. Tickets will be $30 at the gate, or $25 in advanced. Over 20 wineries will be in attendance, as well as live music and more! Your ticket will let you enjoy $5 off any bottle of wine.
3. Albuquerque Art Showcase: The art showcase event will take place at the Albuquerque Convention Center from now through August 19^th. The convention center is located at 401 Second Street Northwest. The art show is from 10am until 6pm and admission is free! The show will focus on 125 talented artists from New Mexico and across the world. All of the city’s visual arts organizations will be present under one roof!
4. Rail Yards Market: See what the city has to offer! Rail Yards Market features local vendors selling food, drinks, arts and crafts, and more! There will be live music and fun activities or kids and adults alike. The market takes place every Sunday from now through October 27^th at 777 1^st Street SW.
